4 yearsI received a rather dodgy call from this number claiming to be a call centre. The pre-recorded voice stated that two suspicious transactions had been flagged on my account: one for £300 to Amazon and another for £1000 to a money transfer service. They prompted me to press 1 to cancel these transactions and 2 to speak to an advisor, so I pressed 1. I was then transferred to an operator with an Indian accent who claimed to represent Visa card control. The peculiar thing is, my mother doesn't even possess a Visa card! When I requested the identity of the person they were trying to contact, they abruptly ended the call.
