Got a call from some insurance or tracking place asking for someone named Jamie. Don’t have a clue who the firm is, the voicemail was pretty mum, and I’ve no idea who this Jamie person could be…

They're calling me three or four times daily, and it's becoming quite the nuisance! Does anyone have any tips on how I can put a stop to this?

I've been in touch with the shop and they're aware of everything - the extra payment is due tomorrow and they're fine with it, but this number keeps ringing me like 6 times daily. Surely they can sort it out between themselves? I've got better stuff to get on with!

Brighthouse knows what's going on with me and that I'm dealing with it, but they still keep calling loads each day and shove leaflets through my letterbox. It's like they don't pay any attention, proper harassment really.

even though they promised i wouldn’t get any more calls (how they got my number, no idea because ive never bought a thing from them), i just got another call today. they told me again they’ve taken my number off their list. i called the complaints department and a very polite woman said it takes 28 days to actually remove your number, so i guess im stuck with more annoying calls early morning, afternoon, and evening. brilliant!

Got a call first thing in the morning - i told them twice already that ive never been to any of their stores and im not about to. They’ve got the wrong number. The lady kept asking me to confirm my name, phone and address (same number they called). I said no and told them to stop phoning me. I’d never buy from them anyway.

Had some gear from Brighthouse and ended up in a tough spot, so I put one on 'pick and hold'. Was told I could get it back once I was able to pay. After a few months, I got sorted and asked for it back, but then they said it’d been terminated because I didn’t collect it within their set timeframe. Proper frustrating.

I am absolutely fed up with the situation! About a year and a half ago, I purchased a fridge from these folks. A couple of weeks ago, I decided to treat myself and ordered a new 60" television, but wouldn't you know it, it never made it to my doorstep because it was damaged in transit. They assured me that a replacement would be sent out, and I made it clear that I wouldn't be paying for something I’ve never laid eyes on. After that, the barrage of calls started-I've told them countless times that I refuse to fork out for a non-existent TV. The replacement finally arrived last Friday, and just a few hours later, a BrightHouse representative knocked on my door demanding payment for the broken television that never even arrived! I explained the whole saga to her, and she was apologetic, which was fair enough. But lo and behold, soon after receiving the replacement, the incessant calls resumed, once again insisting that I owe them over sixty quid! I’m actually a week ahead on my payments! Just got off the phone with someone who seemed pleasant enough but refused to acknowledge the hassle this whole affair has caused me, and I firmly told him I expect some form of recompense considering it’s been a right ordeal and none of it is my doing! Honestly, I'm thoroughly disappointed with this whole mess and quite inclined to lodge a formal complaint with head office!

Last week, we had some rather aggressive individuals show up at our front door, insisting we cough up some cash. In a moment of pressure, my wife ended up giving them our final bit of money, which unfortunately forced us to turn to our son for a loan. Just two days later, and here comes the incessant pestering! I've heard from others that they’re quite persistent, but honestly, given that this is their error, how dare they act like this? I find it absolutely appalling the relentless barrage of annoying calls and messages I've been getting from Brighthouse. It’s quite unsettling, really. All they seem to be concerned about is a paltry sum of £35 that I owe, but to make matters worse, I've also had one of their representatives show up right at my doorstep, which I find quite intrusive. This is simply unacceptable. I will be filing a formal complaint and I won’t hesitate to share my disdain for their version of customer service with others. im totally broke right now and cant do anything about it. bright house knows my situation but still, they call me every day, even on sundays, and keep bugging me on the phone. my voicemail is full but i cant check it cause the number for the service centre isnt there. ive been getting letters through my door nonstop and after hours visits around 6 pm by hr people. its honestly a complete nightmare.

I owe them a mere £42, and I've already assured them I'd settle it this week, yet the incessant pestering just won't let up! It's absolutely absurd! They keep prying into why I missed a payment-like that's any of their concern! The items I acquired from them are practically paid for. I swear, I will never, ever do business with them again.
