even though they promised i wouldn’t get any more calls (how they got my number, no idea because ive never bought a thing from them), i just got another call today. they told me again they’ve taken my number off their list. i called the complaints department and a very polite woman said it takes 28 days to actually remove your number, so i guess im stuck with more annoying calls early morning, afternoon, and evening. brilliant!

Got a call first thing in the morning - i told them twice already that ive never been to any of their stores and im not about to. They’ve got the wrong number. The lady kept asking me to confirm my name, phone and address (same number they called). I said no and told them to stop phoning me. I’d never buy from them anyway.

Bright House kept ringing my friend quite often, but it was fair enough. They were just trying to sort out some unpaid bills and arrange a payment plan. Honestly, they were really polite about the whole thing. They mentioned loads of people don't pay up, so they’ve got to take action to get their cash back. They also said those who don’t pay often moan when they're chased for the money, like it’s Bright House's problem or something.

Had some gear from Brighthouse and ended up in a tough spot, so I put one on 'pick and hold'. Was told I could get it back once I was able to pay. After a few months, I got sorted and asked for it back, but then they said it’d been terminated because I didn’t collect it within their set timeframe. Proper frustrating.

Really not happy about this at all. I had a fridge from them for about 18 months, then recently ordered a 60-inch TV that was damaged before it arrived at my place. I was promised a replacement and made it clear I wouldn’t be paying for a TV I never got. Then the annoying calls started, despite me explaining time and again that I wouldn’t pay for something that never showed up. The new TV turned up last Friday, but just a few hours later, a rep from BrightHouse came knocking asking me to pay for the broken TV I never received. I explained everything again and she was understanding and sorry about the confusion. But after getting the replacement, the calls began once more, asking me for about £60. I’m already a week ahead with my payments! Just spoke to someone on the phone and told them I expected some kind of compensation for all the stress this has caused me, none of which was my fault. Last week, these idiots showed up at our door, banging on about some payment. My missus, feeling pressured, handed over the last of our cash, which meant we had to borrow off our son after. Today they've rung me up at least five times, even though the calls usually stop after six rings! On Saturday, they took a payment, but then phoned me saying it didn't process. I told them I’d check my bank and ring back. It's only been a couple of days and already they’re hassling me non-stop.
