I got a call from 01142621816 and they said exactly the same thing.

Got a call from 01142538997 with an automated voice saying they were from BT, telling me my broadband was at risk and would be cut off unless I pressed one. Of course, I just hung up straight away and my internet stayed fine. Definitely a scam trying to trick you.
