This bloke claimed to be from Virgin, telling me my broadband had been dropping out. Then he wanted me to look at the lights on my router and told me to hit the control button on my keyboard. Said his name was Sam. If you hang up, he rings back and gets pretty annoyed if you don’t follow his instructions. He’s phoned me loads of times on separate days.
