I decided to give Orange a ring myself, and they assured me that these callers are not legitimate, likely just scammers. It's a bit concerning, to say the least! As loyal customers of Orange, we've become rather exasperated with the constant calls we've been receiving from these characters over the last couple of days. All we were after was some information regarding a new broadband provider!

My tenure there lasted nearly three months, and I can confirm that everything customers have mentioned here is spot on.
