Received a call at half-past three this afternoon. Luckily, we tend to ignore numbers that aren't familiar to us, but these folks had the nerve to leave a voice message. We didn’t bother to listen to it and simply deleted the message instead. Out of curiosity, we plugged the number into a search engine and, lo and behold, this information appeared.

We received a call from this number on the 1st of November at precisely 2:00 PM, where the caller was rambling on about a survey related to Dixons. Quite bizarrely, we have neither purchased anything from Dixons nor have we ever reached out to them. Clearly, this was nothing more than an annoying intrusion, and we simply hung up. Should we receive any further bothersome calls from this number, we will not hesitate to lodge a complaint under the Telecommunications Act for infringing upon our privacy.

On the 27th of October, we received a call from this number. It was some sort of recorded message regarding a survey. We didn’t stick around and just hung up the phone.

We experienced something similar today as well. I recently purchased an item online from them, but I certainly did not consent to the use of my number for their telemarketing calls. It feels like a plain violation of their own privacy policy! To tackle this annoyance, I’ve set up a Callblocker system that’s been quite effective in cutting down the number of these pesky calls we keep receiving from those irritating numbers.
