A caller identifying herself as Stephen from Talktalk rang up, requesting remote access to our computer. I made it quite clear where she could take her request and promptly blocked the number. I also filed a complaint with Talktalk about the incident.

I wonder if this number has been flagged as a bothersome caller. If it hasn't yet, it certainly ought to be! Every time they ring, there's silence, and when I attempt to return the call, there's no response at all. Quite frustrating, really!
