I reckon this might be one of those spoofed numbers that make it look like a local ring. The robotic voice always sticks to the same script, claiming it's from "my bank" warning about dodgy transactions and telling you to press 1 to block them. Of course, pressing it just connects you to a fraudster. They keep ringing my landline, same story every time.
