I got a call from someone claiming to be from the Visa fraud team, saying they blocked a payment over £800. They told me to press 1 to connect to the fraud department and verify some info. I refused to press any button and hung up instead. The voice sounded robotic, like a machine. Later, I tried ringing back but only got an automated reply saying the person wasn’t available and to leave a message after the beep. I decided not to leave anything and just ended the call.
