Some bloke called himself "Elliott" from BT's Tech team and asked if I could hear him alright - pro tip: don’t say yes to that straight away. He claimed my internet was acting up. His accent was really thick and sounded like he was somewhere far away, cause his answers always took a few seconds. I told him the last person who called with this story ended up six feet under in my cellar. Then he just cut me off.
