Really bad experience. The guy named Chez was super rude when I picked up. They keep calling over and over, letting it ring twice then just hanging up. Honestly, I felt intimidated by their tone. Thinking about reporting them because it’s just so annoying.

While I was busy assisting an elderly family member, this number kept calling. It rang a couple of times but hung up before I managed to pick up. After it happened repeatedly, I finally answered as soon as it rang next. The person on the other end said they were a pension advisor and insisted they needed to go over my relative’s pension details. They came across quite pushy and had a snide tone. When I told them they were just cold calling and were actually quite rude, their attitude got even worse and more sarcastic. I’m a confident woman in my forties, and it still bothered me a lot - I can’t imagine how distressing it must be for older people. It really made me feel sorry and concerned for them.

Stay clear of these guys, they wont be honest about stuff. if you need a proper review, best to speak to a financial advisor who isnt involved with them.

Got a call from some pension advice outfit claiming I had a frozen pension in a scheme I'd paid into before. They were cold calling me from what sounded like a call centre, and when I told them they had the wrong info they just hung up on me, pretty rude honestly.
