Like some others have said, this really came across as one of those scam calls - I get loads telling me there’s an issue with my accounts. But when the woman named the exact amount they wanted to refund me, I figured it was legit. Still, they asked me to share my card info over the phone, which felt both risky and awkward. Maybe CPC Farnell ought to reconsider the way they make these calls!

I received a rather peculiar call from a firm named CPC Accounts, which I've never encountered before. There was quite a long pause before anyone uttered a word. I made it clear that they should take my number off their list immediately.
