Someone rang me claiming they were from BT or EE about a price hike starting in April. They kept asking loads of personal questions and mentioned they could lower my broadband bill. Then they said they'd put me through to their manager, but the person who answered seemed just like the first caller! I’m pretty sure it was a scam. When I asked for the company’s name, I just got loud noises, so I ended the call because I didn’t feel comfortable continuing.
