Got a call a bit ago and it showed up as possible spam on my phone, so I just ignored it and blocked the number. Honestly, I'm fed up with these annoying calls.

They claimed it was about insurance for home appliances. I told them I wasn’t interested and just hung up. Definitely sounded like a scam to me.

Got a call from a woman saying she was ringing from Domestic Care about some insurance for my washing machine, asked if the machine was alright. I told her my home insurance has been with the same firm for over 40 years, so no need for that. I told her to quit wasting time with scam calls in the UK, then hung up.
