Picked up the phone and it seemed like one of those call centre calls. Nobody said a word, and then they just ended the call after a couple of seconds.

Had a random bloke ring up my husband trying to pitch stocks & shares - my hubby’s more the stay-at-home type, not some kind of market shark or anything. After a few questions about who exactly he was and what firm he was with, the caller eventually mumbled something about “Amigo Trading” out of Switzerland. Yeah right. We weren’t taken in for a second, but I can see how some people might get caught out. Be careful out there!
