When I pointed out that she seemed to be reading from a script, she rather confidently claimed she had just spoken to my wife. To say I was taken aback is an understatement, seeing as my beloved wife has been gone for six years now. She insisted she was situated somewhere in the UK, specifically Booth Manchester, which I’d never heard of. When I queried its location, she went a bit silent. Undeterred, she continued her tale about my wife, refusing to accept the reality of her passing.
