Got a call from abroad, and they rang my teenage daughter’s mobile. They knew her first name, our postcode and even her email! Proper creepy! The person claimed to be from AIG Life Insurance. When my daughter told them she was just 15, the caller said maybe her mum was sorting life insurance for her. My daughter handed me the phone and I let them have it. In the background, I could hear loads of noise, like shouting and cheering - probably celebrating after ripping off someone else.

Got a call about PPI from them again, not the first time either. I told them straight I’ve never had any loans or anything and to stop contacting me. They were really rude, kept talking over me.
