Had to block that PPI number since they just won’t quit ringing. Even after telling them to take me off their list, now they’re calling from different numbers like 0113 827 5365 and 0113 827 5367. It’s proper annoying!

I’ve had calls from this company around seven or eight times now, but most of the time they just hang up straight away. A couple of times they actually picked up and I told them to quit calling me, but it hasn’t made any difference. I’ve reported them to the ICO and would tell anyone else getting these calls to do the same.

I'm from Leeds and I really shouldn’t have answered that call about PPI. They actually knew my name, no clue how, but I told them I never applied for anything like that. I asked them to remove me from their calling list, but they just wouldn’t stop, kept going on and on. Eventually, I just ended the call and now I’ve blocked the number.

I answered but there was nothing but silence. From what I’ve heard, the best move with calls from numbers you don’t recognise is to just keep quiet until they start talking. They often use tech that only activates the call once you say something, and if you keep quiet it just cuts out after a bit.

The woman on the line started using my first name like she was familiar with me, then this guy calls himself Baz or Daz and chatted like we were pals. I was in another room at the time.
