They rang me under the guise of being from HMRC, attempting to pull a fast one. It was an automated voice declaring there had been a dodgy claim linked to my name. Then it prompted me to hit button 1 to get in touch with my so-called case officer. Quite the cheek, if you ask me!

got a call from someone saying they were from HMRC, telling me there’d been some dodgy activity with my details and to hit 1 on the phone, felt like a scam to me though.
