Got a call from someone claiming to be from an insurance firm looking for a Julie. I’ve been getting calls from a few numbers like this lately. When I asked them to take me off their calling list, the person on the other end just said they’d never called me before and then hung up immediately. Tried ringing back to warn them I’d report it as harassment and nuisance calls, but no chance of getting through - didn’t pick up at all.

Got a call from someone claiming to be Mr Morgan at Legal & General saying I could get my life insurance payments lowered. But as soon as I asked him to actually lower the direct debit, he just cut me off. Proper dodgy behaviour if you ask me.
