They called saying they were from O2, offering a discount, but it was just a trick to get your info and hijack your account. Never share your details with them!

Definitely an O2 scam. They pretend to offer discounts for finishing your contract and even send a real OTP. What they’re really after is getting you to request a new OTP, then ask you to confirm it, which lets them get into your account. After that, they change the email and address tied to your profile, placing loads of orders charged to your bill and send the stuff to themselves. Be careful with calls like this!
