I couldn’t really get a word in with the caller, both times there was some kind of language problem. From what I could tell, they claimed to assist folks struggling with money. Bit ironic since, well, most of the country is having the same problem! They sure didn’t give up easily either.

It's described as an investigation department, yet when I’ve inquired about what they're actually investigating, they just hang up! Quite the puzzling experience, if you ask me.

It’s pretty scary they’ve got hold of my name, address and postcode. When I said I was putting her through to the police, she just ended the call. These calls need to be dealt with properly, especially since people who are vulnerable could really get hurt by them.
