I recently received a rather dubious phone call claiming that I had been involved in an accident during the past couple of years, and the caller was supposedly representing Aviva! I found this utterly unbelievable and have serious doubts about its authenticity. They mentioned I might qualify for some form of compensation, but this has all the hallmarks of a classic scam. I highly recommend steering clear of these calls; the individuals on the other end were vague and difficult to comprehend, only to become crystal clear when it was time to extract my personal information. Best to disregard them entirely!

Recently, I received a phone call claiming I was involved in an accident within the past couple of years and that I could claim compensation. Honestly, it reeked of a scam! I’d advise against picking up these sorts of calls. The speakers were vague and hard to understand, except when they were fishing for my personal information. Best to just ignore these types of calls completely!

Beware of those pesky ambulance chasers on Gumtree! I strongly advise against sharing any personal details under any circumstances. Just so you know, all the calls you receive are disguised to look like genuine UK numbers, but they actually originate from India. Stay vigilant!

I've received countless calls from this number. Curiosity got the better of me, so I finally picked up, and it turns out they were representing LV Insurance, which happens to be my insurers. After my car accident last July, these callers are now insisting that I should pursue compensation for injuries sustained. Is this just a load of nonsense? Could it be a scam?
