It sounds proper normal at first but it’s all a con. They ask all sorts of questions and then sell the info onto other scammers who have files on us already. If you get one of these, you can text the number 7726 with the call info. That’s how the police are collecting reports about these phishing scams, it’s all explained on the Action Fraud site.
