They totally dropped the ball when they asked for a surname that’s really personal to me. Not a smart call at all.

Got a call from a number I didn’t recognise, didn’t pick up and there was no voicemail left. Just went ahead and blocked the number.

Got a call from someone who said who he was and then said he was carrying out a survey. I just said no thanks and ended the call straight away.

They kept ringing me up loads of times, even after I told them I was stuck in hospital. She kept saying the call would be quick, which it definitely wasn’t! Eventually, I shouted that I was in hospital and needed them to stop. They kept harassing me, saying they were from Beneficial doing some cost of living survey - what a load of rubbish!
