Over the past few days, this number has rung me around 3 or 4 times, even before 8 in the morning. They say they’re from something like “UK choice” doing marketing surveys, but honestly, it sounds like an Indian call centre on the line. They just keep chatting away nonstop. I’ve told them a few times to stop calling me and to take me off their list, but as soon as I mention that, they just hang up. I’ve finally had to block the number using my call blocking app. And this is even though I’m on the Telephone Preference Service!

I’ve had three calls this morning from numbers based in Leeds. They barely let me speak, rattling off a quick spiel for about half a minute before I asked what it was about. They said they were from UK Choice and only had a few questions, but it felt rushed and a bit sketchy to me. Could easily be fishing for personal details or a scam. Wouldn’t trust them.

I've already blocked that number but I'm pretty sure they'll just ring me up from a different one soon. Honestly, why hasn't the government created some sort of agency to track these callers working with phone providers? They should force phone companies to be way more careful about who they allow to use their service and punish the scammers properly. It'd cut down on these annoying calls big time!

Ringed me first thing at 8 in the morning, claimed he was from Phone UK. Talked really sharp and rushed. Kept saying he had only 3 quick questions and would be finished soon. "Only 3 questions, alright?" he kept saying. Seemed like he was just trying to keep me chatting. Ended up cutting the call and I blocked the number straight away.

What an absolute bothersome caller! They’re insisting on conducting some sort of survey and are quite eager to get hold of your address along with a host of other personal information. Got a call from someone asking if I was a Miss so-and-so, but they used my old surname, so I told them I wasn't. Then the person on the other end said something weird and repeated that I wasn't that person. I tried to find out who was calling and she said her name was Alena, before hanging up abruptly.
