I picked up the call but there was complete silence on the other end, then the line just dropped.

i saw a missed call from 0247 526 222? but ive been getting loads of calls from this area code. every time i block one number, the next call comes from the same place but with a different last digit. its starting to feel a bit like harassment to me.
