Got a call from this number earlier, but when I tried to call them back, they ignored me. Feels a bit dodgy, like a scam or something.

So, this number rang me earlier today, I didn't pick up but called back. A woman answered, claiming she worked as a receptionist for several offices. She asked my name so she could check around. I gave her a fake name and then it hit me - this was probably just some scam.
