I mentioned that I couldn't chat at the moment since I was looking after a poorly relative and was waiting for a call from the district nurse. Despite my explanation, he just carried on talking nonsense. I firmly told him I wasn't interested in whatever he was pushing, and that's when he got rather unpleasant. So, I decided to end the call.
