Got a call from someone saying they were from a firm called PAC, claiming the Government Pensionwise had notified them about transferring my wife’s private pension. Funny thing is, she doesn’t even have a UK pension, being a foreigner and all - so immediately it smelt fishy. If she did have one, maybe I’d have paused for a moment, but since she hasn’t, it’s obvious total rubbish. Tried blocking the number but these scammers just keep changing the caller ID. Guess they’ll have to try harder next time!
