some guy, sounded asian, said he was with openreach. said my internet was hacked and lots of people were using it without me knowing, which was why my bill was so high. really fishy if you ask me.

Beware of scams! I've had a rather dubious call from someone claiming to be from Openreach Security, alleging that my internet had been compromised and that my bills would skyrocket unless I allowed them to install security software on my computer. Don't fall for it!
