I received a rather peculiar phone call from a company dealing with PPI claims. Initially, an automated voice chimed in, only to immediately say "Goodbye!" without any explanation. Shortly after, just a couple of hours later, they decided to ring me once more but this time they inquired if I had experienced an accident recently. It seemed they were keen on filing a claim on my behalf, which was quite baffling!
