Then, I got a call from a Leeds number offering to fix my driver issues remotely and asked to connect to my computer. I told them no, even though the person sounded pretty persuasive. When I asked if they could guide me through the fix instead, they said it couldn’t be done, which seemed a bit dodgy to me.
