3 yearsI received two calls from them within the span of a single minute. Absolutely absurd!3 yearsI received an offer for a 30% reduction on my bill, but the thing is, I'm not even a customer of O2! It struck me as a rather dodgy scam attempt, to be honest.3 yearsGot a call trying to sell me some O2 discount deal, but I don’t even use O2. Definitely a scam, don’t fall for it.3 yearsGot a call on my phone from a UK landline, starting with +44, and I just blocked it straight away coz it looked dodgy. Probably one of those scam calls.UK3 yearsI got a call from +441135349941 around 4 pm on Friday the 23rd of Nov 2023, with someone claiming to be from Vodafone. Their thick South Asian accent was really hard to catch, made even worse by a rubbish phone connection. When I mentioned I don't answer random calls and said I couldn't understand them, they just hung up straight away. Pretty obvious it was a dodgy scam trying to trick people out of their cash. Totally disgraceful behaviour.Vodafone3 yearsIt took a while for someone to pick up after I answered, which made me think it might be an overseas call centre. The person said they were from EE and trying to sell a 20% discount on calls and phones. Having been an EE customer before, I didn’t recognise the style or how they spoke. Didn’t seem right to me, so I ended the call straight away. Definitely spam or some sort of phishing scam.EE3 yearsThey claimed to be calling on behalf of Three, but that was definitely not true.3 yearsHey there. I picked up thinking it might be an interview call I was waiting for, but the line just got cut off and no one said anything. Later, I checked this site and saw the number flagged as suspicious. Fingers crossed it’s nothing serious!3 yearsThese con artists seriously think they’re on top of the world. When I called them out for targeting old and vulnerable folks, they got all high and mighty. One of them even went on about how “while normal folks like you lot settle down with some basic grub, if you’re lucky, we’ll be chilling by Miami’s shore with cocktails and fancy lobster in a few months.” They bragged about thriving during the cost of living squeeze, claiming they’ve pulled in millions while the rest of us are struggling on shrinking wages. Absolutely infuriating. 🤬Miami3 yearsDidn’t answer because I didn’t recognise the number.3 yearsThey kept saying I could get unlimited calls, texts and data with an iPhone 15 for just £50 a month from 3G. I’m pretty sure that’s not real. Sounds like a total scam to me.3 yearsI didn’t recognise the number at all. After seeing what others said, I decided to block it straight away.3 yearsI didn’t pick up when it rang, noticed the number showed Leeds but honestly could have been anywhere. This is the fourth time this week I’ve had these annoying spam calls and I’m getting really tired of being bothered by them. Guess I’ll just carry on blocking every one that comes through.LeedsSubmit Your Own Report (0113 534 9941)
