Just yesterday, I had a couple of phone calls from a lady sporting an Asian accent, who was keen to hand me a whopping 40% discount on my O2 plan. Oddly enough, when I mentioned that I wasn't even an O2 customer, she hung up almost immediately. Quite peculiar, really!

I was presented with a tempting O2 discount for my tariff, only to be passed on to a different "colleague." This chap immediately began inquiring about my personal info-my name, surname, date of birth, and postcode. When I expressed my hesitance and requested clarification, he just kept insisting it was necessary for the discount. I firmly stated I wouldn't divulge such sensitive information over the phone, and lo and behold, the call was abruptly cut off without so much as a word of explanation. Quite dodgy, if you ask me!
