I picked up the call from this number, and I really regret doing so! The person on the other end had quite a pronounced Asian accent, which made it pretty difficult to follow what they were saying. It felt very much like a scam; she was rattling on about a supposed 40% discount on three phones. To be honest, nothing she said seemed to add up, so I decided to hang up and subsequently blocked the number.
