Right away you can tell its a scam when you pick up and there's a weird pause before they say anything. I got a call from someone with an Indian accent pretending to be from EE. Luckily I was in the car so couldnt hear them clear on the hands-free. They ended up just hanging up on me in the end, which was a bit funny lol.
