Beware of 01135344128! They pretended to be from O2 but when I mentioned I knew it was an Indian call centre tryna scam me, the woman just told me to f*** off and hung up. Looks like she got caught out 😂

My network operator warned me it was a scam, even though the call appeared as private. They managed to show me the actual number behind it, so watch out for this one.

Got a call from some loud call centre, sounded like the person had a strong Asian accent. They said they were from Currys PC World or something like that. I decided to mess about a bit, told her I’m really old and delicate, asked if she could just send me the top phone if I gave her my bank info. After a while, I needed a tea break, so I just ended the call! I’ve blocked the number, but since it’s a fake one, I doubt blocking does much.

Lately, I've been getting loads of calls from numbers starting with 0113 534. From what I've seen online, lots of others reckon they're scammy as well. Seems like they're all connected somehow.

I got a call from someone claiming to be from Curry’s PC World. When I told them I’m on the TPS they just went “oh, alright then” and didn’t say much after that.

I didnt pick up when they called, but later I looked up the number using a reverse phone service and found out it was a VOIP line. These are internet-based numbers that scammers often use, especially those call centres from India pretending to be local UK businesses or offices. They can be ringing from anywhere across the globe really.

They were ringing loads of numbers all at once with this call, seems like a proper scam to me. I didn’t catch what they were after, but I’ve gone ahead and blocked that number. Tried calling it back but didn’t get through at all. Definitely not a legit caller on the other end.

It has come to my attention that the number +440113544128 is a scam run by IP Networks Ltd, tied to fraudulent activities. The individuals behind the calls are pretending to represent O2. It's worth noting that the area code isn't actually from Leeds; instead, they are employing VOIP technology, making it impossible to pin down their genuine location. Best to steer clear of this number entirely.

Got a call that just went quiet and then cut off straight away, ended up being some call centre. Didn’t pick up ’cos I wasn’t waiting for anyone to ring me.

I got a call from this number claiming to be Vodafone, offering some sort of 10% off on upgrading my phone. Thing is, I just upgraded recently with Vodafone, so this sounded dodgy straight away. When I told the guy, who spoke with an Indian accent, that I wasn’t eligible, he kept insisting I was and then suddenly just ended the call. I’m quite certain if I’d stayed on longer, he’d have tried to get my bank info or something fishy like that.
