It's pretty obvious that these people aren't being truthful about their identity. They came across as dodgy, if I'm honest. Claimed to be ringing on behalf of Sky, but I definitely wasn’t convinced by their story.

Got a call from someone claiming to be O2, offering a 40% off my phone bill. Problem is, I’m not even with O2! When I began to ask a few questions, they just ended the call. Bit fishy if you ask me.

Got a call from someone who claimed to be O2. They started by asking about my day but hung up as soon as I asked what they wanted. Pretty sure it wasn't really O2.

Feels like O2 is letting these scammers get away with it, and they might as well be part of the problem.
