It seems to be some sort of national survey, if I’m not mistaken. I believe the market research firm involved is BMG. You can opt-out by ringing the number back. Looks like they’re keen to bombard you and your mobile with nonsense. I heard names like O2, Virgin, and even Scottish Power tossed about, along with a few newspapers. They leave you with some garbled email address and rattle off a number in a flash-good luck catching that!
