A really upbeat bloke phoned me asking for the business owner. At first he sounded friendly, but as soon as he said he was from a card processing firm called Inspire, I told him we weren't looking to switch providers and to remove our number from his calling list. He quickly shot back saying he wasn’t asking us to change and that it wasn’t a cold call. Honestly, he was clearly trying to drum up business and since we never asked any card company to get in touch, that definitely counts as cold calling. Going to report them to TPS. Number was 0113 532 6655. Proper nuisance.

Absolute scam. They wanted to speak to the business owner and claimed they could cut our payments by 40% without even knowing what we actually pay!

At first, I wasnt sure i could trust them, but turns out they are a proper company. They rang me up as they were visiting a shop next to mine. I went and had a chat with them to double check if they were legit, and yep, they really are. They deal with card machines, ePos systems and stuff like that on contracts. They helped me get out of my current deal and did the same for my neighbours. We saved loads on our iZettle card terminal costs, and they handled most of the work themselves! I get that they do cold calls, but for me, it worked out great. Definitely worth doing business with them.

Got a call from a really chatty young woman who somehow knew my name. She asked about my card processor and said she could beat my current deal. I didn’t give any details, and she said one of their reps was nearby and could do a free consultation. I told her I was quite happy with my current provider and wasn’t interested in switching.
