Got three calls yesterday and three more today, I just ignore them all. I flagged them as annoying but if it’s one of those lottery scam calls, they’re pretty nasty. Some bloke rang me saying he was from the National Lottery and that I was getting 10 free tickets as part of a promotion. Then he started asking how often I played the lotto and how much I usually spent. If he was legit, he’d already have that info, surely? I ended the call pretty sharpish. Any real offers would come straight from the Lottery by email, I reckon. This happened on Monday 17th August around 09:48.

I've had a few calls from 01135324454, and I finally picked up on one of them. The bloke claimed to be from the Lottery, offering some deal for 3 months - something like 120 tickets at 5p each, costing £12 a month. When he asked for my lottery details, I told him I already set up a direct debit for my tickets. He seemed completely clueless about it. So yeah, I'm pretty sure it was a scam. I checked with the actual National Lottery afterwards, and they confirmed it's a fraud and nothing to do with them. Absolutely do not hand over any personal or bank info to these people!!!

Got a call from this number earlier, they claimed I was randomly chosen for some free lottery tickets. Then they tried pushing these 5p tickets on me instead of the usual £2.50 ones. For about a week now, this number has been ringing me multiple times daily. Because of poor reception, the calls usually go straight to voicemail, and they never bother leaving any message, yet they keep calling. I think they did manage to get through once though. They said it was for some market research. Oddly, they already had my name and address.
