Got a call from someone with an Indian accent claiming that our Sky maintenance deal was ending soon. Told them we don't even have Sky and they quickly said sorry for the trouble and hung up. Bit odd really.

Someone called me, saying I had been paying £11 each month for TV maintenance. When I told them that wasn’t right and I wouldn’t even spend that on an 18 year old telly, they just kept talking over me like they weren’t listening. It was like they didn’t really get what I was saying. Also, I don’t think their English was very good.
