2 yearsSince the 28th of August up to the 2nd of September, I've had 17 calls from this number and others like it. There are about 14 different numbers involved, and I've blocked all of them now. Getting these calls non-stop is really annoying, almost feels like harassment. Does anyone know a way to stop them completely? Before this, there were 13 calls from numbers based in Liverpool. Not sure where they’ll come from next, maybe Manchester? I’ll keep an eye out and update. Pretty sure it’s the same telesales firm behind all this.LiverpoolManchester2 yearsThey just kept ringing me non stop, even after I rejected the calls. I refused about 8 calls in a row without picking up. Then I let it ring out and after that, they didn’t call again.2 yearsI've been getting loads of calls every day from these people, trying to sell some kind of foam loft insulation removal service, I think. The numbers they ring from are 0113 529 5090, 0113 529 5091, 0113 529 5092 and 0113 529 5093. They don't even stick to normal hours - they ring in the evening too. When I pick up, it's usually dead silent, then they just hang up. It's really annoying, especially since I don't even have that kind of insulation in my loft. No matter how many times I block these numbers on my phone, they somehow still manage to get through.2 yearsI picked up but there was complete silence on the other end, so I just hung up.2 yearsi found blowing a police whistle into the phone really makes those telemarketers jump, they're so noisy it freaks them out right away. whenever i pick up, i just grunt instead of a proper greeting, then once they start chatting i blow the whistle down the receiver for as long as i can. most of em have headphones on, so it genuinely throws them off. but honestly, the easiest is just to not pick up calls from numbers you don’t recognise at all. saves all the hassle.2 yearsI’m signed up with the TPS but it doesn’t seem to stop these calls at all. Every day, I’m getting them ringing from places like Leeds, Liverpool, and Edinburgh. Sometimes I get two calls in one day. When I pick up, there’s no one on the line, so now I just decline them straight from my Apple Watch. Still can’t figure out how these people make money if no one actually speaks to them. Today it was a Leeds number: 0113 529 5091. Hopefully they’ll give it a rest soon.Telephone Preference ServiceLiverpoolEdinburghLeedsApple Watch2 yearsYesterday I got a call from a number that was almost the same as mine, just a few digits off. I didn’t pick up, then checked it on this site. Turns out it’s linked to some kind of energy or insulation scam. I made sure not to answer when they rang again.2 yearsPicked up the phone and they just cut off on me - probably those insulation or spray foam calls again, had loads of them lately.2 yearsGot a call from a woman speaking with an Asian accent, claiming there was an issue with my 'Virgin account' - total scam, hung up straight away and blocked the number.2 yearsI've received yet another phone call regarding spray foam insulation. I've already requested them to cease contacting me. It's clearly a scam!2 yearsAnnoying calls from those pesky loft insulation companies again!2 yearsI've been getting loads of annoying calls recently. They never say anything helpful, just leave a voicemail. It's weird because my place isn't even insulated with foam. Definitely sounds like a scam to me.2 yearsGot a dodgy call today, definitely a scam.2 yearsGot a call that was definitely dodgy spam.2 yearsThis morning at about 9, I got a ring on my home phone from this number.
