2 yearsComplete scam! They go through a list of phone providers until you say you’re with one, then they promise a 30% discount on your bill, even if you tell them it’s already really low. In my case, they tried to get into my account by asking for a recovery code - which I got on my phone - then pretended to have sent it themselves and asked for it on the call. To spot these lot, ask for your full account details; usually they only know bits of your email, like the beginning and end.
