My elderly folks got a call on their landline from someone claiming to sell panic alarm pendants. I clocked it was a scam straight away but decided to humour the bloke to waste some of his time - these scammers really grind my gears. He was going on about a 30-day free trial, then charging around £24.99 a month. When I said we already had one, he said ours was outdated. He even rattled off our address and kept asking for loads of personal and medical info. After telling him no thank you several times, he finally hung up.

Got a call on my home phone but noone said a word, just silence - sounds like one of those automated calls. I've blocked the number now.

Got a call from some lady whose accent I couldn’t make out, said she was from some company with a name I couldn’t catch either. She mentioned something about market research, I think. Didn’t trust it, so I just blocked the number and reported it.
