Got a call from a young guy with an Asian accent who said his name was Mike and claimed to be from 3 Mobile. He was trying to persuade me about a better phone deal with a new handset and 40% off my monthly bill. I told him nicely that I had to keep the phone free because I was expecting an important call due to a recent bereavement in the family, so I needed to end the call. But he completely ignored what I said and kept interrupting, asking about my current bill. I’d been polite up to that point, but then I just ended the call.
