Today I got a call from 0113 522 0175, but there was no voicemail or anything left behind. The number seemed dodgy, so I just blocked it straight away. I also sent a report about it to [email protected] since it looked like some kind of scam.

I received a phone call from an Indian chap representing a loan firm, insisting that my loan application was all set for pre-approval. The funny thing is, I have never even submitted a loan application!

some guy called claiming to be david from lending stream, said my loan was accepted but they need more details and my bank info. i never applied for anything and pretty sure lending stream isn't even a thing anymore. totally sounds like a scam to me.

claimed to be from edf energy, but i could barely make out what she was saying because there was loads of noise and people laughing in the background. she wanted to speak to the md by name but wouldn’t explain the reason for the call. i’ve blocked the number now. if they won’t speak to me properly, they’re not getting through to my md either.

Watch out, this isn’t really a Leeds number - it’s just one of those fake ones made by those scammers in call centres abroad. You can actually hear them chatting away in the background. The UK really needs to do something about these crooks soon.

Got a call this morning, Thursday 5th May, from 01135220715. Didn’t answer it but after looking at some other comments, seems like it might be a scam.

They never bother to drop a voicemail, so I'm guessing it’s just another scam call.
