Sounds like a debt collection firm to me, probably just another unwanted cold call or spam trying to hassle you.

Got a call about some ‘social housing’ and ‘renting’ issues. I told them straight up that I own eight properties myself and don’t rent out any of them. No warning, they just ended the call right away.
