I received a call from what seems to be a Leeds number, but lo and behold, it's just another automated nuisance trying to verify if my line is active. They do this by making sure you answer, only to peddle your details to spammy marketing outfits and con artists. It's astonishing how many of these calls they churn out, even reaching folks who are miles beyond the UK. When you pick up, it's eerily silent on the other end-it’s purely a robotic dialler at play. If your phone has the capability, do yourself a favour and BLOCK THIS NUMBER immediately! - caller: Suspected Leeds number, but merely a Robocall.
